YES. The only thing you need is the desire to have a session, even if you also feel nervous going into it. Just the decision to pursue a boudoir session tells me that you'll kill it on camera. We'll spend time through detailed pre-session planning as well as conversation during your session to find out how you want to see yourself, and I'll coach you along the way with clear, gentle direction that brings out who you are inside.

The experience is (almost) everything

It's surprising, since you're here to take photos — but the images we create together are probably not the main thing you'll take away from your day. From start to finish, it's all about creating a space where you can be unapologetically yourself. Letting go of anything that has previously held you back. Free from external (and internal!) limiting messaging. The shockingly beautiful images we create in that space are simply reminders of how incredible you are in your fullest self.

My awesome client Carmen talks about what led her to do a boudoir session for her 40th birthday, why she asked me to help her create her gorgeous images, and how much her boudoir experience with me changed how she sees and feels about herself.

Feeling unsure about being in front of the camera? You’re in great company

Almost every client of mine had never done any kind of professional photo session before coming to me. Most clients have told me they feel awkward in photos or feel unphotogenic. I can't think of a single client who didn't need at least some help posing.

If you feel any of those things, know that the ten clients you've already seen on this page felt exactly the same way before they contacted me. Once they did, very quickly they found out how much I could not only put them at ease, but also help them develop their ideas and bring those ideas to life, taking care of them every step of the way.

Bottom line: You already have what it takes. All you need for a successful boudoir experience is excitement for this adventure. If you have that, even if you're also nervous (which is totally natural and also a great thing — ask me why), we're going to have so much fun and create the most incredible images together. You don't need to know anything about posing — I'll guide you with gentle, clear direction. You don't even need to have a clear vision of what you want when you come to me — we'll figure it out together.
